Hello!
I was able to renewal my visa online before, but now I’m trying it again and I can’t even login.
I have an IC Card reader, JPK software, Mynumber Plugin, Windows 11, Edge, Firefox, Chrome.I can login to My Number Portal, I can do e-Tax, but I cannot login to the immigration system no matter what I do.
I’m stuck on the screen where it says to connect an IC Card Reader.

Is the website broken now? Because i remember I was able to do it before (with a lot of efforts), but now it seems it got worse or broken now.
I tried using Firefox, Chrome, Edge and still the same.
Tried using smartphone but they don’t support it either.
Any tips would be appreciated.
