Shinkansen SmartEx: Buying Tickets For Multiple Travelers

Hi, If I have a linked IC card on the SmartEx app or website and if I purchase multiple tickets for other travelers then how can other travelers use the tickets?

Is there a way to link the other traveler’s IC Cards to these tickets?
