Are there any comparable alternatives to Shibuya Sky for after 5pm sunset / night time view and experience? (Bars, rooftops, hotels, etc that would offer a similar experience)

Any recommendations are appreciated, as Shibuya Sky was not possible to get tickets for other than the daytime for our trip
