Hello Reddit! Im new to the sushi game. I normally just order rolls, but lately I’ve been ordering just nigiri.
These two pictures are from the same restaurant and also the same order. I ordered their “assorted nigiri” and got two different things on separate days. I prefer more fish over anything else. How do I go about asking for more fish without offending the sushi chef?
