Hello everyone,
I am in the process of opening a bank account at SMBC. I opened it through an app and everything seems going well. However, yesterday, SMBC called me and I couldn’t take it because I was in the middle of my shift. Apparently, according to an email I received after that, they wanted me to resubmit My Number Card for verification. Today they called again but I was working as well so I couldn’t take it again. Hasn’t received any email since.
What should I do in this situation? Should I go to one of the branch and talk with them directly? I’m just afraid that they will refuse to help me face-to-face since I chose to open the account with the app.
EDIT: Apparently I turned myself into a joke. Therefore I will just clarify some info:
I already submitted my Number Card. They called. Couldn’t take it. Email received. Resubmitted My Number Card as requested. Got called again. Couldn’t take it. No email this time.
