I was thinking of applying for Osaka CNET. How competitive is it? What are your experiences? What is the interview process like? I saw that they would prefer a reference. I am currently trying to get out of a toxic environment. I have a really good relationship with my school. Can I use my principal as a reference? If so, are Japanese references allowed? I could translate it, and send both English and Japanese versions buy not sure if they would allow that? Has anyone done that before?
