I’m sure this has been asked before but I still can’t find a solution.
I have sorted an address to move into but they want a Japanese phone number to set up turning on my gas.
Trying to get a phone number but it requires proof of address which I don’t have since I haven’t moved in yet?
Am I supposed to update my residence card before I have the keys and move in? Can I go in person to a bic camera and get a SIM card instead? I don’t have any of the documents they are asking for online as proof of address, only a contract. Not sure what to do.
