Filing Taxes After Leaving Japan?

I left Japan in May 2023, and it was a bad experience, I still have anxiety attacks thinking about it and all the stress, and I tend to avoid thinking about anything Japan related. I didn’t even bother getting my pension refund because the paperwork was giving me panic attacks. But I was filing my taxes for US income and realized that I missed the deadline for filing taxes in Japan and now I’m freaking out because all my paperwork says that I should have appointed someone to do my taxes for me. I did not make any friends or know anyone who could possibly do this for me, and I can’t find anything online about agencies to help me file. I only worked for about 5 months and made just under 1.5 million Yen but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with filing taxes after having already left Japan and how to find someone to do taxes in Japan for me. I really just want to put this all behind me
