preparing for career opportunities in Japan/Tokyo!

Hi, I m19 am looking into moving to japan in the future however the most important thing do go and achieve this dream would be getting a job in Japan. Now I have read my horror story here and there also people saying that it’s not that bad and that thy or friend barely work overtime at all. however the conclusion I’m drawing from this is that it depends on your field of expertise and the company you work at. I personally don’t mind some overtime as long as i can have 2 weekend days and some reasonable work hours. I have also noticed that most jobs recommended are either computer and software related or teaching and business. I personally am not interested in business at all and teaching and software are less than optimal. I prefer creating something think more along the lines of hand labor. making something….

but there is nearly no reliable information to be found on these. for example this website: [www.salaryexpert.com](http://www.salaryexpert.com) says welding is a pretty profitable job but then other sites say it is hot garbage. I am not tied to any line of work yet, I’m about to finish a degree in computer science however this is not really something I see myself working in. I find it far to exhausting mentally while with hand labor i can kind of turn my brain of in a sense, execute my tasks and then go home after work. I find this way more relaxing.

So my question would be where I could find any information for these types of jobs. and what would be required for it? After I finish this course I can do like a little start over career wise so what do you recommend I do?

anything helps!

also if you have any experience in this line of work in Japan I would love to hear your experience of what it is/was like.
