Hi there. I’m moving to Japan for a year, and I’m wondering what’s the best way to manage my ADHD while I’m there.
I know that the available medications are different than in the US, and my understanding is that adult ADHD care is also less common?
Any advice about finding a doctor to prescribe a treatment? Anything I should do or bring to make the process easier (e.g. a letter from my current prescriber, diagnosis documents, etc.)?
