4. Amadai and uni (best sashimi I’ve ever had, that uni was insane)

7. Iwashi (apparently only 1 in 10,000 get this fat)
8. Parsnip and fresh caviar
9. Wagyu rosu and tongue, with hanazansho. Best dashi I’ve ever had
10. Somen with Sansai
11. Best rice I’ve ever had
12. The rice, tonjiru, Tsukemono
13. Egg mochi with truffle whipped cream

I forgot to take a picture somehow of the fruit course between rice and egg mochi. Delicious strawberry and easily the juiciest melon I’ve ever seen or tasted.
