In terms of secondhand stores (e.g. Hard Off), where could I have the best chance of buying a DSi and New 3DS LL’s?

I’m traveling with family to Japan in a couple of months, and we’ll be around Osaka and Tokyo for a bit.

Where could I be able to reliably buy some DS consoles from a secondhand shop where it’s not scaled up to “tourist” price?
