I purchased 2-day tickets for myself and my husband, with express pass 7 for one day. I purchased via the universal studios official web ticket store, usjticketing.com. They sent me 2-day tickets with QR codes but nowhere does it mention I also purchased the express pass 7. I didn’t write down my times for each area when I purchased so I don’t know when I’m supposed to show up for each area for which I am entitled via the express pass. Does anyone know if the QR code includes my express pass info? Can I find out my times after I enter the park? I didn’t get anything else from the seller, not even an invoice. It just all seems a little confusing, lack of info, than what I’m used to.
I’m going to contact usjticketing.com via email and ask but I thought some of you might have experience with this and might be able to help in the meantime. Thanks!
Also, I’ve tried to register my passes on the usj app but it doesn’t seem to work very well? Other than seeing the wait times for lines, I’m not sure what other use the app has? I’d appreciate if you have any insight re the app as well.
