question about Ryogoku seating. Floor seats specifically

So i have floor B tickets, but upon lookin at past events, there does not seem to be a row 8? anyone give insight? or have sat on the floor?
I saw a timelapse video of a NOAH setup and that had more seating on the floor, but comparing a recent NJPW event, Destruction in Ryogoku, there only seems to be 6 rows on all 4 sides of the ring.

I suppose its still close enough to the action?
