I ate a sakura themed parfait at Parfaiteria bel in Shibuya, Tokyo. Walked in with no reservation and got seated in an hour. My parfait was the only one not available in an English menu, but it had nearly a dozen ingredients and some sake in the bottom of the glass.
Most notable faves were the strawberries and crunchy tempura bits to contrast the ice cream and sorbet hidden by all layers of ingredients. Spent about 2000ish yen.
