Homemade Tuna & Salmon Maki

1. I’ve typically been one to make more complicated sushi rolls, but I’m working my way back to the basics lately. I’ve been shooting lots of simple rolls for my recipe site and really been enjoying it!    I just recently picked up some new Japanese cermaics at a Japanese ceramic store in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. I’m particualrly obsessed with the little soy sauce bottle!
