Is my tuna still good?

Hey sushi people! I was was wondering if you guys could help me out.

I bought sushi grade tuna steaks from a nearby store. They were frozen I thawed one out and wanted to make sushi or poke. But it has this yellows part and I’m not sure it’s still good to consume? It hasn’t been in my freezer long and I let it thaw in the vacuum sealed package and then immediately went to use it. What do you guys think? It seems okay to me but I’m not sure.
