Heading to Tokyo mid-April with my 8 year old who is a good traveller but can experience sensory overwhelm. so trying to keep the trip low-key and relaxed with lots of time between activities to rest. This will be my 5th time in Japan but his first. Can anyone tell me if this itinerary is feasible for 6 days and if I’m missing any “must-see” spots??
Trying to strike a balance between giving him a well-rounded Tokyo experience with plenty of downtime in between activities. Also would love any recommendations for quieter cafes and spots to take him to for a break.
