Will it likely be an issue keeping my bank (82 bank) open after leaving?

I will have a final internet bill to pay (through wire transfer) after leaving Japan. I plan on keeping just enough in the bank to pay for it – though as mentioned, the bill will come after leaving.

I realize this is very small scale stuff, but I’m just wondering if I should sort out a different payment method or if this is likely to be an issue?
