Moving to Japan as a recent CS grad?

Most of the posts I’m seeing here are from skilled professionals with several years of experience, so I am having a hard time weighing my chances/finding the right opportunities for me. Is it dumb for me to even consider this? Where do I start? I haven’t done JLPT yet, but I could easily pass N3.
Here’s some info about me which you may or may not want to read. Feel free to skip over it:
I’m from eastern Europe, lived abroad by myself since 17 (international school in EU, college in USA, all fully funded through scholarships). I graduated last year and have been a full time SWE since then. I wanted to go to grad school this year, but it didn’t quite work out, so I’m looking into other options.
I feel really lonely here. I have no friends and no family around me, and I live in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do. It’s very difficult to get around because I don’t drive and cannot get a license. It’s basically a dead town and my employer is keeping me hostage in here (won’t allow remote work even tho everyone else on the team is remote).
The reason I want to move to Japan is because I studied abroad there in college and made a bunch of friends (and a boyfriend). I was initially planning to move there in 2 years (after getting a masters degree), but now that my situation has changed, I’m considering it earlier. Please don’t suggest I marry my bf, it’s too early for that.
