Does any one have any experience with Bizreach (w/ Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa)?

Background: A degree in education (English education), IELTS score of 8.5, N1, and some experience in admin and low-code office automation. If I can get a visa it will have to be the Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa.

I put up my resume on Bizreach and got a bunch of these “platinum scout messages” from agents and more importantly companies, but I’m not sure about these things which I couldn’t find solid info on in the context of a foreign job seeker:

1. Whether they actually read my resume or were using an auto invite function like Indeed. I would hope they did because this is a website for direct recruiment, which is why I’m thrown off by getting so many \*as a foreigner\* (also the fact that I’ve had none in the past 6 months finding a job in Canada so my expectations are extremely low). I know that a native can get even more than I did according to testimonials.

2. If the visa status is considered by these recruiment invitations. As a foreigner the invitations I got are from all sorts of businesses from manufacturing to sales to IT. My understanding is that I will have to do language-related work under the visa that I am eligible for, so I’m wondering if you could get hired but have your visa rejected because of this.

3. If there’s any been success using this website. Again, I don’t have specialist skills so I’m particularly eager to learn if they’re so eager to hire that they are actively looking on Bizreach.

Thanks so much!
