I’ve been wanting to buy magnesium glycinate and I can’t seem to find one at the local drug stores. I wanna try looking on Amazon but I don’t know how safe and legit they are. A Japanese friend recommended iHerb but she herself has never experienced buying there, just what she’s read online. Any recommendations? Thank you in advance
