  1. Is there a fast way to look up words in games? there’s a couple games I want to play but sometimes they’ll use kanji I don’t know so I end up having to take a picture of it and scan it in Google translate to get the reading . It’s a very slow method.

  2. I was having trouble with this:

    > 遠くで見る分には, ほんとにかわいかったんですもの!

For context, the characters in this book see what they think is a rabbit, but they see it is actually a giant rabbit monster when it gets closer.

The part which is giving me trouble is: 遠くで見る分には

I don’t really understand two things about it. First, what is 遠くで mean? 遠く is just the adverb form of 遠い (far away) but I don’t understand what で does here.

Also I don’t understand 見る分. 見る is to see and 分 is a part of something…I guess this could be the part of something you see, that’s my guess at least?

  3. **When reading , I met with this grammar “V+ するからいけないのよ” (V+suru kara ikenai no yo) , and not sure about its meaning. Much thanks if anyone can help me understand correctly o/**

    Example: 変に意識するからいけないのよ

    I have 2 guesses :

    1/You shouldn’t have weird/strange thoughts about it.

    and

2/Do not have weird/strange thoughts about it !
