I live in the Tokyo area. Seems like 4-5 years ago apps like Uber Eats and Wolt worked really well: the food always came and it was rarely late. Now, a considerable percentage of the time deliveries never arrive regardless of the app. I’m talking 1/4 to 1/2 of my orders just never show up now and I end up having to deal with customer service to get a refund. Is this experience widespread? Just me?
