Hello, my fiance and I are looking into buying the diamond ring together for our upcoming wedding.
We want to take a look at both high end brands and also no brand but legit diamond stores. For example in Seoul, Korea, there is a area called Jongro (종로) where there are many legit diamond vendors where you can get bigger rock (basically same rock as Tiffany or Cartier) much cheaper since it does not have ‘brand’ engraved inside of the ring.
Is there an area like that in Tokyo? For us, unless its high end brand (tiff, cartier or mikimoto – probably smaller rock but its a brand), we would rather get a completely no brand diamond ring (much bigger rock but no brand). just a preference.
