Hi everyone, looking for some advice as I’m making job decisions. I searched through threads and couldn’t find an answer to this.
I’m thinking of switching to a new company. The job is still in my visa category (engineer/humanities/international services), except the new company doesn’t have an entity in Japan and would need to use an EOR to hire me.
I’m eligible to apply for PR on the points system at the end of this year, but would I still be able to apply for PR if I’m employed through an EOR? The points would stay the same otherwise.
