University I was attending got too hard, real quick (no more scholarship for international students, can’t do part time job, other promises they made was abandoned) I heard because of other student’s fault. So I decided to go back my home country but they want my last year’s tuition fee for 退学 or 除籍する。 What should I do. Pay it? which is ridiculous amount of money.
