Hi all. This morning around 6:30am -7am I did a silly thing and left my duffle bag on the Osaka metro line between Daikokucho (Osaka Metro Midosuji Line) when passing through to take my shinkansen from Shin Osaka.
I reported it lost to a clerk (in a optimistic attempt to reclaim at some point) at the office who gave me a number to call back on and after trying a few times this morning after 8:30am I cannot get any answer from the phone number called.

I was trying to call the Kita-Osaka Kyuko Line (0570 NaviDial).
Does anyone know alternative methods or have ideas of how to reclaim a bag?
This bag may be as good as lost but thought to still ask on here.
