Hi! I wanted to get to know more about wagashi but can’t really find any good materials.
**Can you recommend me some books, pdf or articles?**
I’m not looking for a cookbook, but something about history, types of wagashi depending on the ingredients or season and such:)
I actually major in Japanese studies and am gonna take part in a tea ceremony course so I’m thinking about writing my bachelor’s thesis about wagashi.
