What does 追い焚き (reheating?) mean in real estate listings?

I’m looking to move closer to Tokyo for a job and am doing the real estate search. However, while searching I keep seeing stuff about 追い焚き which apparently just translates to “reheating.” What does it mean? Is it the water heating?
