Looking for a psychatrist (not therapist!) specifically to diagnose complex PSTD or CPSTD after abuse and simultaneous trauma. Somebody providing a real evaluation before prescribing meds. I have checked all the other recents posting on the subject of psychatrists or mental health in the Tokyo area but nobody seems to fit (including Tokyo American Clinic, Meijiro Sola etc.) Also tried Japan Health Info who couldn’t find anyone specialising in CPSTD. Would be greatful for any advice or lead to a doctor familiar with this area.
