I filled out the entire form, except for the zip code section, which I noticed only has six boxes, which I don’t understand because US zip codes are five digits and Japanese zip codes are seven digits.
So, my seven digit Japanese zip code won’t fit into these boxes as I need one more empty box.
I really don’t want to just fill it out online after filling out the entire printed form, except for this section.
Would they be understanding if I squeeze the seventh digit in the last box or just write it next to the last box?
