Need help with context! (Food related)

Hi everyone, I’m not super familiar with the language but I want to write “Itadakimasu” on something but I’m not sure if it is common to use ” 頂きます” or if I should just go full hiragana and do it like “いただきます”.

Is there any context in which one is preferred over the other or can they be used the same?
