Visiting Osaka with a friend this summer. We’ve hit quite a few clubs in the last, though we are both minors. In the past we’ve been to clubs that are completely free for people to come and go, no bouncers, ID checks, etc. Free to dance, only need to pay for alcohol. Wondering if there are any places like this, thanks.
