My credit card expired 3/2024. I got an email last January notifying that they will be sending out credit cards soon but I didn’t get the email that it was shipped. I was busy and didn’t think much about it until a few days ago. I tried to get customer support from vpass but it was always busy and I can’t seem to get through. Now I can’t log in vpass. I have a feeling this has something to do with my residence card expiring this month, but I am also in the process of extending my stay. Does SMBC have an email for this kind of inquiry? Also, I don’t have an account in smbc, just the credit card. Should I just apply for a new cc after I finish renewing my residence card or visit the bank? Not sure where to go for this problem if I visit smbc…any help/advice is appreciated!
