Junji Ito for your cosmic horror (recommended: Uzumaki, Hellstar Remina, The Enigma of amigara Fault).
Shuzo Oshimi for your psychological/supernatural (recommended: Drifting Net Cafe, Flowers of Evil).
Goblin Slayer is similar to Berserk in terms of graphic content. I quite like it. But if you’re a real depraved sicko you want to read Crossed (this is a western comic).
If you want a war manga, I suggest Peleliu: Guernica of Paradise.
