I’m currently just finishing Japan Foundation’s まるごと B1-1, and there’s a grammar point about \~としたら. The structure appears as \~たとしたら, and indeed both examples provided use the ーた form before としたら: 「100 万円あったとしたら、何を買いますか」and 「もしあなたがサンタクロースだったとしたら、何をしますか」. The Japan Foundation’s grammar guide for the book (in Spanish) that I am using also explains that the ーた form is used, and adds another similar example: 「もしまほうが使えたとしたら、何をしたいですか」.
