I will be doing a study abroad in Nagoya this summer and I had a question about addressing letters from Japan to the United States.
I want to send post cards to my US based family/friends/boyfriend, but I’m unsure about whether to write my Japanese address in romaji or kana/kanji (obviously, the US addresses will be written in English). I’ve seen conflicting information regarding whether or not the US postal service accepts kana/kanji letters, so if anyone has any personal experience, that would be great! Thank you!
