Japanese application

I recently submitted my application for a language school in Japan and passed the interview.
However, I woke up today with the realization that I forgot to add a community college to the application. One I had attended for a semester back when I was younger and unsure of my future. Regardless, do you think that will be grounds for not getting my student visa accepted? Does Immigration do education background checks and have access to your entire educational history?

For reference, I had to add my education history and did. All the way from elementary school to my most recent stint in college. I had already sent the transcripts from my most recent college. So, I do have another college on my application, I just completely forgot about the one semester I did many years ago at a separate institution. Will this matter? Should I contact my coordinator and ask them if I can edit my application to add this one school? Kinda freaking out because I don’t want immigration to think I was being dishonest or something when I completely forgot. Only took like 3 classes just to figure out some interests and then I didn’t go back to college for some odd years after that. Not to mention in a completely different state too.

Thanks in advance.
