I’m not sure how to search Food Stalls in Tokyo because all it does is pull up restaurants. Is there a specific area where they are allowed to setup?
Is it safe? In this video @ around 8:50 they’re talkin about chicken being cooked to be a bit rare. I’m no certified food safety specialists but I’m fairly certain that’s how you get salmonella. What am I missing here?
