I had applied for Excite MEC 光 few days ago and had scheduled a 工事日.
So the guy came in today and told me that there is no point or コンセント in my apartment from where he can insert or pull the Fiber cable.
I showed him the sockets with a phone mark on them, and also the place where the other internet (au hikari) was installed.
But he simple denied it and asked me to talk to the management office to get it resolved. He said it generally comes somewhere near the roof, not the lower wall sockets.
Then I went to the management office, and they told me all the provisions have already been made, and there is nothing additional required.
So I am confused on what should I do now.
Is there anything additional required? If yes, what is it called (so that I can requested the management office)
