Long story short. Some jerks having been stealing my bicycles CONSISTENTLY since I moved into this mansion last June. He/she always parks the bicycle in this Senior Center(福祉センター) 50 meters away from my home, so I know this son of b is at least a user of this faculty.
I have both reported the incidents to center owner and to the police. Shockingly none of them seems to care much, and even tried to play the game of “blame the careless foreigner”. I am extremely furious as this is my 4th bike this year, I am literally going to lose my sh*t and beat this fucker up if I catch him/her, but I know by the end of it I am not going to get away easily. So what the hell should one do in this situation?!?!
Edit: reporting to police again and as most of yall mentioned I’m probably getting a better lock. But serious, what’s the channel to seek help if the police done absolutely nothing? Just suffer the loss and cry yourself to sleep?
