Hello.
I recently bought a shinkansen ticket from osaka to tokyo. But I have two tickets (basic fare + Shinkansen ticket)
My question is how do I go through the automated gate? I assume I only insert basic fare ticket to get into the station. I am confused after that.
Do I insert two tickets separately into shinkansen gate (If so, in what order?) or Do I stack them together and insert them at once?
I appreciate any input/clarification.
