My japanese bf (25) is very nonchalant towards almost all aspects of his life except for his career which he takes seriously. I’m very affectionate and clingy towards our relationship, however, my bf just isn’t affectionate through words or actions. Although he tries sometimes, but it just doesn’t come naturally to him.
I keep doubting if he still loves me because my love language is physical touch and quality time, and with him being nonchalant, it doesn’t satisfy my needs. To be fair, when we were still dating, he used to be very affectionate until things got comfortable and he just ignores me most of the time. Idk if I should leave him or give our relationship a chance. So, I wanna know if this is common to japanese men so I can understand my partner better.
