Currently I run a small KK and employ a few staff that are all Japanese nationals. For myself I have PR, so no need for sponsorship.
If in the future I hire a foreign national, what exactly is needed to sponsor (renewal sponsorship to be more specific) someone’s visa as a company? Is it rather demanding, and also anything to be careful of?
