I’ve recently purchased the Charapay きゃらぺい! Gojo figure from Jujutsu Kaisen, and apparently you can use the figure for cashless payment but only with Rakuten Edy.
I’ve moved to Japan last week so getting a point card at Rakuten wouldn’t be a problem, but the charapay website is super unclear on what items i need for the figure.

Do I need to buy that Rakuten Edy Coin for 770Yen? My figure is not the screw on figure, but is the first one shown on the site, and both coins are different in each image so I am not sure and can’t find many infos online.
Wanted to ask here before I go and embarrass myself at a Rakuten store haha
I also have no real understanding of Rakuten Edy because their site says it’s their cashless payment form that I can charge up at a couple places, but nothing about those character coins nor where to get stuff. Most Rakuten stores seem to he mobile phone stores as well?
