I have a few questions about being a spouse of HSP working in a ‘designated job’.
1. Is any job which is associated with an existent type of visa in Japan considered a designated job?
2. Will I get the same preferential treatment as the HSP? More importantly, will I get visa for 5 years to do the designated work? (Unfortunately I can only obtain a 1 year visa for myself for now.)
3. Is there an accelerated path to PR as a spouse of HSP, or am I on my own?
