Working, studying and other bits in Japan

Hello there Reddit, I’m in need of your wits and smarts!

I’m a 22 year old Aircraft mechanic (Studied 3 years in this field) and currently employed in the air force of my home country. I’m looking to study in Japan mainly to learn the language and culture for potentially moving there. So what I’m asking is how does the job market look for aircraft mechanics and should I study at a language school purely or should I take a bow and study in Specialized work school to be able to work in the same field I am now?

I might add that my 3 years of education with focus on aircraft maintenance is in equivalent grade 10-12 where I fill the requirements by EASA (European aircraft safety agency) and therefor not a university degree.

Thanks in advance and I hope to find myself in Japan in the future.
