I’ve been appointed as a Web System Engineer in a Japanese company from last year April 2023. I haven’t been assigned a single task till now which make me super frustrated. Going to office and sitting 8-8.5 hours has been a very tough thing for me. I asked them why is such scene going on as they always say you’ll be soon assigned in a new project but it’s a year i have been like this ?? I belong from a country named Nepal is it that they hire me for a very low salary and they don’t give a shit about me and my value in the company????
