Hi. I love your videos, and I hope you don’t mind me asking a potentially dumb question. I was curious if the fish you use must be “sushi grade”, as I see you use a wide variety of fish. We can only get sushi grade tuna here but I have access to salmon and others (flown in fresh).
EDIT
Yum!! Gochujang goes really well with many types of sashimi and nigiri imo.
I love this video series.
Does anyone know what cutting board he is using? Looks like a beautiful ironwood endgrain chopping block. I’ve been looking for one like this
I love watching these videos.
These keep getting better and better. I’m learning a lot from these! And the touch of whimsy and general humor is the cherry on top.
You do these daily? If so I’m worried about your mercury levels. You know. The sweetest of the transition metals.
A mix between a maple leaf and a cannibis leaf?? A stinging nettle; it looks like a stinging nettle…
I love your videos, they’re so much fun and everything looks delicious!
In all of your roll for sushi videos, it seems like you’re talking when you finally sit down to eat, but only voice over can be heard. What do you typically say in those moments – First impressions of what you’re eating?
I’d love to hear more!
I really look forward to your videos. You make the food look great
These are awesome and really educational 🙂
I don’t know who you are OP but never stop… Videos are awesome man 🤙🏻 Always making me hungry
could shiso be substituted with korean kkaennip?
I never knew what Gochujang was, it sounds wonderful! I’ll try to find that brand next time at the store. Thanks for another great video!
